Unless you're a local, McWay Falls, in Big Sur California, can be difficult to get an ideal photo of. On this stop in late January 2015, it had been overcast all day. I'd hoped to get a ray of sun hitting the falls at sunset, but the clouds didn't cooperate. Instead, I came away with this shot, after the sun went down. The exposure was 4 seconds, giving the waves in McWay Cove a soupy look, which I kinda like.
