This is a view of the SpaceX launch of 10 Iridium satellites on December 22, 2017, as seen from Arcadia, CA. The squiggle on the right is the pattern left by the Falcon 9 first stage cold gas attitude control thrusters, as it tumbled back toward earth. On the left, the second stage speeds on to deliver the satellites to their 485 mile high orbit.
