I caught this image of a Scrub Jay enjoying the view of the Grand Canyon, between storms, on a morning late in January in 2017. The storms were severe, dumping as much snow in a week as the Canyon gets in a normal year. The view was spectacular, with the sun shining through the clouds, lighting up the red and orange rock of the canyon below.
